With my experience in mental health, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and intense emotions. I’ve undergone intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy, which guide my approach to treating PTSD, anxiety disorders, emotional dysregulation, helping individuals work through relationship challenges, communication issues, and career shifts. I also utilize aspects of ACT, Art therapy, Somatic, and CBT techniques as needed depending on each individual's goals.
